Every full- or part-time food service individual is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of his or her shift, within Dairy Queen and Company policy, in such a manner as to ensure that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store. The term “food service individual” applies to the positions of all shifts and both full- and part-time positions.
NOTE: These factors constitute “essential functions” of the job.
