Position Description:

This position is responsible for providing analytical support to the operational and administrative responsibilities of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Compliance Department. While this position will assist with the day-to-day operations and coordination of the BSA Compliance Department, it will also be responsible for developing, enhancing, and updating management-level reports, presentations, and meeting material packets. This resource will be responsible for monitoring BSA/AML and OFAC related news and trends and monitoring statistical reports in order to identify inconsistencies and red flags. This resource will serve as the primary contact person for the department.

Specific responsibilities include:
Keeping track of upcoming regulatory deadlines, news, and trends.
Coordinating BSA Committee meetings, developing/updating key meeting reports, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
Manage the department’s MidNet web-page, ensure content is kept up-to-date, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as the primary coordinator and administrator of the department’s share drive. Ensure folders are organized and access is controlled.
Coordinate, track and follow up on all BSA/AML training requirements and completion rates.
Provide assistance during audits and examinations to pull auditor/examiner requests for supporting documentation
Regulatory research and data analysis
Update and prepare various management reports (including, but not limited to, charts, spreadsheets, graphs, etc).
Assist with special projects.
Payment requests, invoices, supply orders, etc.

Position Requirements:

College degree preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to uphold strict confidentiality with sensitive information
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to multi-task and handle a wide variety of assignments
Detail oriented, proactive, self-starter
Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong report presentation skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers and other business units.
