POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
05/31/2017 CHILD CARE SUBSIDY PROGRAM COORDINATOR Norman Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Child Care Subsidy Program Coordinator. The Child Care Subsidy Program Coordinator, under the general supervision of the Head Start Director and Assistant Head Start Director, provides leadership and direction for the Child Care Subsidy program under the Crossroads Youth and Family Services, Inc. Extended Learning Program. The Child Care Subsidy Program Coordinator will travel throughout the four-county area served by Crossroads Youth & Family Services in order to review financial binders for each site as well as address DHS questions/concerns of site directors. Duties include, but are not limited to, oversight of contracts, data management, reporting procedures, collection of parent co-pays and flat rates. The Child Care Subsidy Coordinator is responsible for overall leadership and management of the State Department of Human Services Child Care Subsidy Program commonly known as Title XX. This position is financially-based; therefore, a degree in accounting is preferred.

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field (preferred) or an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field Two (2) years of successful experience in program administration and evaluation Knowledge of Excel Programs and reports required. Knowledge of accounting practices, reporting, tax statement preparation, and Child Care Subsidy regulations required. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills required Knowledge of community resources, methods and practices of health and safety precautions, providing age-appropriate education services and facilitating family involvement in program services.
