Accounting Clerk

Team Rigil – Oklahoma City, OK

 

We are seeking Accounting Clerks to provide financial service support to the Department of Transportation, FAA, and other federal agencies at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center working on a contractual basis. Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Examining, classifying, recording, and processing financial transactions, commitments, obligations, accruals and payments for services, supplies and materials
• Obtaining, processing, and recording accounting documents

Qualified candidates must have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a financial/accounting environment
• A minimum of 1 year of A/P or A/R experience
• Ability to interpret laws and administrative regulations relative to position
• Ability to problem solve issues/concerns
• Attention to detail
• Must possess a professional attitude and be a team player
• Microsoft Excel/Access experience a plus
• Oracle and Delphi experience a plus

General Clerk

• Moving, preparing and scanning of financial documents for historical purposes.

Qualified candidates must have:

• A minimum of 1 years of experience working in a financial/accounting environment
• A minimum of 1 year of A/P or A/R experience
• Ability to problem solve issues/concerns
• Attention to detail
• Must possess a professional attitude and be a team player
• Microsoft Excel/Access experience a plus
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
