Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic & experienced Adjustments Collections Supervisor in OKC. This position will complement our fresh team atmosphere of compelling employees. Providing outstanding service as well as identifying members’ financial needs makes our Adjustments department effective.  This position will lead the early-stage team in default resolution, monitoring collection of accounts, and providing training. Salary range $45,970 - $57,470; actual placement will be determined individually based on the selected candidates experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity


Schedule: 10:00am - 7:00pm Monday -Thursday; 9:00am - 6:00pm Friday; rotating Saturday 8a -12p.  Schedules can be subject to change and individuals must be flexible to work any shift between the department hours of 8:00am - 7:00pm Monday -Thursday; 9:00am - 6:00pm Friday, rotating Saturdays.  


Qualified candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related area; 7 years’ experience in credit and collections and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced/proficient knowledge of: Bankruptcy Code, Uniform Commercial Code, UCCC and bankruptcy revision act of 1994, Reg. CC, Reg. B, Reg. Z, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, private mortgage insurance, Fannie Mae and VA reporting requirements, courtroom procedures and legislation affecting collections, collateral protection insurance policy and reporting requirements.
