Paycom develops a variety of software applications currently in use by its customer base. Most of these systems are data-centric, employee management solutions. We are currently looking to add a full time Computer Operator to our Payroll team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a working knowledge of operating systems, networks, databases and web applications. The candidate must be able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES: After hours computer operations
Basic duties include starting jobs, printing reports, monitoring tasks, reporting issues, level 1 support and escalation. This position will report, assist and document all issues to the appropriate departmental personnel. The candidate must be able to evaluate critical systems, prioritize workflow and determine solutions. Provide technical assistance for computer problems. Maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and coworkers.
