BASIC PURPOSE: The Recruiting Coordinator provides support services to a variety of Corporate Recruiting and HR teams by executing various administrative and operational related activities. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to provide an amazing candidate journey and be the expert in the organization’s hiring processes, procedures and tools. 




  • Provide support to recruiters by conducting phone screens, reference checks and scheduling and coordinating   

      interviews between candidates and managers

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for interviews
  • Attend recruiting events and career fairs
  • Manage recruiting calendar events (team meetings, training, etc.)
  • Opens and manages job requisitions in applicant tracking system
  • Post jobs to internal and external sites
  • Work in applicant tracking system and MS Excel to provide various data
  • Manage outside vendor relationships
  • Act as an additional point person for candidate inquiries to ensure the candidate experience represents the brand
  • Assist with Onboarding of new hires: background facilitation, New Hire and First Day emails, and I9 verification
  • Assist with any recruiting or HR related projects 
  • Other duties as assigned 


  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High-school diploma required
  • Experience:
  • Administrative or Human Resources experience preferred
  • Previous experience working with an applicant tracking system preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast pace environment with high volume
  • Ability to manage 100+ emails daily



  • Skills:
    • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, excellent customer service skills, keen attention to detail, good oral and verbal communication skills, general office skills (typing, filing, scheduling) exhibit a professional demeanor, must be able to work successfully with people at all levels of the organization and external customers, ability to multi task, and a team player
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
    • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
