BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this position is to sort incoming mail, setup new vendors, process expense reports, process demands and process Corporate expense invoices.  This position is also responsible for researching invoice payments, lost checks, past due invoices, Corporate statements and making GL entries for Diesel volume rebates.



  • Preparing, coding and keying Love’s expense reports
  • Opening, sorting and forwarding new mail received
  • Preparing, coding and keying Love’s demands
  • Researching Love’s past due invoices, invoice payments, lost checks and statements
  • Coding, preparing and entry of Love’s general and Store supply invoice
  • Returning calls and emails (vendor Corp research)
  • Other duties assigned as needed.



  • Education:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years accounting related background



  • Skills:
    • Hard Skills:AS400 and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
    • Soft Skills: Team player, keen attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
      • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
      • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
