Job Details

Commercial Property Management Company seeking a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties such as HVAC repair/replacement, plumbing/electrical repair and maintenance, tenant relations, and supervising outside contractors. Must be able to repair and maintain facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. 

Maintain property's curb appeal. 
Perform highly diversified duties to multiple facilities equipment. 
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. 
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. 
Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment at multiple facilities. 
Use a variety of hand and power tools, material handling equipment in performing duties. 
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. 
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. 

Work hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. 

Other skills, knowledge and abilities: Ability to understand plumbing, domestic water supply and waste; ability to understand electrical supply and distribution including 120 volt single phase, 277 volt single phase, 780 volt three phase, 24 volt control circuits as related to HVAC, fan coils, EMS systems, and security systems. Strong understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, two pipe chill water, and hot water systems. 


Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma/GED, trade school preferred and minimum one year actual field experience.
