Provide support, administration and maintenance to the Commercial Sales and Marketing department's use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. Work in coordination with other groups within the bank also using CRM as well as with the Corporate Technology department. Perform financial analysis as needed. Provide support for CRM users on a daily basis. Oversee administration of user access to CRM. Consult regularly with business unit administrators for ideas related to features that would further enhance CRM. Serve as contact liaison with CRM vendor, third-party programming vendor and other third parties supporting the Commercial Sales and Marketing group. Train business unit analysts on limited system maintenance and other support duties as determined. Create, modify, update and trouble-shoot CRM dashboards and reports for lenders, managers and executives. Consult with appropriate business units to perform CRM user training. Where appropriate, this includes organizing, preparing, and conducting the training and educational activities.
Candidate must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills and have the ability to work and research solutions to technical problems independently. This person must be willing to learn or have exposure to software administration and reporting concepts and techniques. Good technical skills are required and programming experience is a bonus. Experience analyzing data using reporting tools such as Excel, and SQL is a plus. Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
