Position Description:





We are seeking a professional, highly motivated candidate for our Retail Product Management team. The Financial Analyst position will play a key role in managing the pricing processes and reporting on the performance of the various deposit, loan and fee income products that are encompassed within the Retail Product Management department. This position will be the primary facilitator for all product pricing recommendations by management as well as being instrumental in developing and maintaining reporting on the effectiveness of all product initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include:

Maintain and communicate the results of portfolio performance to appropriate business units

Prepare materials for and lead weekly, monthly and quarterly pricing meetings

Communicate pricing changes to the appropriate operating areas and validate that all products are priced as intended

Manage internal and external rate sheets as well as online rates

Assist in the annual development and ongoing management of the Retail Product Management budget for consumer deposits, loans and fee income

Manage all pricing models and participate in the development of new models as needed

Promotion planning, reporting and fulfillment

Assist in managing team tasks, project updates and timelines

Participate in planning process and track efforts related to product initiatives

Attend meetings as a key representative and facilitate any follow-up items or other requests

Conduct proforma analysis, opportunity assessments and various research initiatives

Extreme attention to detail and compliance with business processes and applicable regulations

Perform miscellaneous duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned















Position Requirements:





5+ years of work experience in the financial industry required
Finance or accounting degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
MBA and/or CPA a plus
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
