CIRCULATION CALL CENTER
(FT) INBOUND SERVICE CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
This full-time position will serve newspaper home delivery customers by answering inbound calls. Position also requires follow-up calls to customers and administrative duties that support customer satisfaction.
Ideally the newest addition to our team will have service and/ or sales experience (face-to-face or telephone are all fair game) and enjoy (and be good at!) taking calls in a fast-paced professional environment with a positive and friendly attitude and complete willingness to serve.
Skill level requirements include good verbal and written skills with a working knowledge of Word and Outlook programs. 45 wpm minimum typing.
Monday through Friday, 30 hour work week schedule between the hours of 6:00AM – 5:00PM and working 1 Sunday every 4th week.
