Position Description:





The GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) Risk Analyst is responsible for creating and conducting Consumer Compliance regulatory risk assessments inside the OneSumX system. Analysts conduct the assessments independently and must direct & lead organizational units through their input role in the assessments. Incumbent will exercise good judgment & knowledge of the regulatory laws, banking/mortgage products & processes, as well as risk mitigating controls to score the level of regulatory risk in the bank. Analysts will interact directly with government banking regulators and internal auditors to explain risk assessment scores and processes and will lead opening meetings with organizational unit management at the start of each new assessment.















Position Requirements:





Candidates must possess the following to be considered for this opportunity:

5 years of compliance/auditing experience with working knowledge of banking laws and regulations
2 years of experience with a GRC system or related technical software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and ability to quickly learn/navigate various internal systems
Self-motivation, high commitment/energy level and a results oriented, flexible nature
Ability to work well with people at varying levels in the organization
Ability to work independently, and with little supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple on-going assignments and exceptional follow through discipline
