Position Description:





Under general supervision of senior management, the incumbent in this role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and growing the Company Club program in Oklahoma. Performance for this role is measured by the number of companies participating, the number of employees participating, as well as deposit and loan balances acquired at banking centers due to the Company Club program.
Business Development
Contact local business to increase awareness of Company Club Program.
Establish and maintain relationships with existing Company Club partners.
Add new businesses to Company Club reporting and systems as required.
Business Presentations
Establish meeting times with existing and potential clients to share the Company Club presentation.
Incumbent is viewed as subject matter expert, and should be able to answer all questions employers and employees may have regarding the program.
Education of Sales Team
Create training material for internal sales team. MFB sales staff will need to know the benefits of the Company Club program since they will provide customer service (retail/personal banking) to the customers.
Administrative Tasks
Administer program as directed by senior management.
Update systems/reports as necessary when adding or deleting businesses participating in the program.
Provide management reports as requested.















Position Requirements:





Incumbent must have previous experience delivering presentations and/or speaking in front of groups.
Strong sales skills with the ability to engage the audience in the presentation of the Company Club program.
Commensurate experience considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
A minimum of two years of retail banking or business development experience is required.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel required.
Ability to learn new computer systems (i.e. BankerInsight, TellerInsight).
Must have ability to travel locally within the Tulsa metro area on a routine basis to meet with business owners and banking center personnel. Travel to Oklahoma City and other areas of the state will be required. Travel outside of Oklahoma will be infrequent, but may be required.
