Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline 



6 or more years' related work experience. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation and benefits practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.


Skills and Attributes: 

§  Advanced knowledge of Human Resources, labor laws, related state and federal laws and regulations.

§  Ability to build and sustain effective relationships within the business.

§  Advanced knowledge of compensation plans.

§  Effective organizational and time management skills.

§  Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

§  Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.

§  Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.



§  Monitors and analyzes trend data to help with strategy development to improve organizational effectiveness. Evaluates inputs to determine possible systemic issues.

§  Works with HR Leadership to ensure continuous quality improvement by using metrics. Drives necessary changes by gathering resources and influencing organizational change.

§  Investigates complex and unique employee issues and ensures appropriate disposition.

§  Provide advice and guidance to management and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and Practices

§  Understands and interprets the impact that the deployment of global and regional HR processes, policies and procedures will have on the business. Works with leadership and HR Leadership to determine options.

§  Represents Human Resources perspective in both formal and informal settings to communicate HR information and initiatives.

§  Works with organization to execute long- and short-term strategies involving people policies.

§  Makes necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure that employee perspectives are considered.

§  Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives.

§  Work with business leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment ; act as an employee advocate; execute various initiatives from corporate and business. 'Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives.
