This position will be responsible for reviewing the documentation in loss mitigation files to ensure they meet all regulatory and company guidelines. This includes calculating and analyzing documents for accuracy and completion, while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
The successful candidate will have a work history that includes excellent time management, sound decision making, analytical and computer skills. The candidate must have the ability to multitask in order to meet deadlines as well as the interpersonal skills necessary to coach and provide feedback to peers. The candidate must be self-motivated, organized, able to work independently, and possess strong oral and written communication skills. This position requires strong attention to detail, and the successful candidate can demonstrate a history of sound decision making. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous mortgage servicing, quality control, auditing, real estate, or accounting background.
