Manager of Case Management Certification and Training
The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) located in Oklahoma City, OK is currently seeking a Manager of Case Management Certification and Training. This position will manage the daily operations of ODMHSAS Case Management Certification Application processes, including supervision of all Case Management (CM) staff. The incumbent will conduct regular on-site visits to a variety of community based case management programs, review services delivered via documentation and direct observation to assure compliance with ODMHSAS standard for behavioral health Case Management services and other related clinical services. The person chosen for this position will collaborate with al ODMHSAS divisions to assure that case management and other services are appropriately included as components of substance abuse and other mental health services.
Requires: Master’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health treatment field and five (5) years direct experience in a direct case management services setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of additional qualifying experience for each year of the required education. Must possess current ODMHSAS Certification as a Behavioral Health Case Manager. Preference may be given to applicants who possess any combination of the following: Licensed Mental Health Professional; Licensed Professional Nurse; Two years’ experience in training and at least one year supervisory experience. NOTE: No substitution for bachelor’s degree.
