In order to support a key initiative under 2nd Century Enterprise Systems (2CES), we are transforming software development at Boeing to enable faster value delivery and market differentiation. We are launching a new team called the Microservice Solutions Team. This team will utilize Digital Transformation Environment (DTE) to develop applications via Microservices. DTE is a digital accelerator focused on designing and building in-house solutions and differentiating capabilities to help Boeing compete in our second century. This position will place you at heart of a fast-paced, growing organization where you will have the opportunity to shape the team as it is being created and serve as key member of the Team.
 
We are looking for a passionate architect to lead the effort in designing application solutions for product as defined by the product Managers that will be a part of the Microservice Solutions Team using MicroServices architecture & DTE environment.
Key Activities:
  • Work with product manager and UX designer to define application requirements
  • Pairing (practice, teach)
  • Defines requirements and designs and verifies robust architecture, data and components for application
  • Establish design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements.
  • Lead the development and configuration management of architecture views and models.
  • Assess feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives and drive solution to completion
  • Willingness to contribute to the development of the methodology and software development discipline, interest and passion for coaching and growing talent within the team.
This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in India. Qualifications
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 12 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 11 or more years' or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
