Personal Bankers are responsible for handling a wide variety of different issues in a call center environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing customer inquiries, discussing financial products and providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner.
The hours of the position are from 12PM to 9PM, with rotating weekends.
Candidates must possess PC skills, enthusiastic work habits and be customer service oriented. Previous experience in a customer service or call- center environments and bilingual skills are a plus.
