Mortgage Residential Loan Closer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Coordinates and manages the loan closing process for assigned secondary market mortgage loans.
Requests hazard insurance policies and orders abstracting and title work
Prepares secondary market loan closing documents.
Creates and calculates the loan closing Disclosure to meet TRID compliance guidelines.
Performs file audit for compliance, accuracy and tolerances.
Communicates with realtors, builders, title companies, borrowers and the loan officer diligently on all loan files.
Continuous management of the loan closing pipeline to insure closing dates are met.
Assist with post-closing cures and document collection.

REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years residential loan closing experience.
Excellent attention to detail and data entry.
Knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA and Section 184 home loan guidelines.
Solid understanding of loan closing documents, to include the Note, Mortgage, Loan Estimate and the loan Closing Disclosure.
Ability to interpret and understand title commitments.
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with seasons of high volume.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
