Description

The NCS Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Management of the New Client Setup Department. Duties include report creating and maintenance of management reports, heavy Excel work with data gathering, analysis, and coordination of reports.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy Excel work with data gathering, analysis, and coordination of reports
  • Prepares agendas, notices, and minutes for operations meetings.
  • Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents.
  • Performs complex and confidential secretarial functions
  • Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

High School graduate required.

Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years of mid to high level administrative support.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office skills. Excel, Word, 10-key
