Job Details

Our busy office needs a reliable, well-organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for typical office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, electronic and paper document filing, meeting and travel arrangements, streamlining administrative procedures and other miscellaneous staff support as needed.

We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment is required.  Applicants with experience in accounting, finance and a variety of affordable housing programs is preferred.
