Position Description:

The successful candidate will provide enthusiastic and responsive customer service on all electronic banking products including online banking enrollment, online bill paying services and mobile banking services. This position will respond to all internal/external customer inquiries by phone and through e-mail regarding the bank's electronic banking products. This position will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Position Requirements:

Candidates must possess strong PC skills; including Excel, Word, Adobe, Internet and Web site Navigation. Candidates must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude, independent work habits and be customer service oriented. Knowledge of commonly used banking concepts, practices, and procedures is highly preferred. A big plus: Microsoft Project, Java, HTML.
