Description

We are currently looking to add a full time Administrative Assistant to our operations team. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong organizational skills and telephone communication skills. Must be proficient with office equipment and personal computers. Daily responsibilities include compiling and maintaining Power of Attorney (POA) requirements and confirming POA status with state and federal taxing agencies. Other project work assigned by management. Accounting or payroll related experience is a plus.
