This position involves portfolio management support and customer service for existing accounts, including some underwriting of new opportunities. This role is responsible for reviewing loan documents, serving basic customer needs for loans and treasury management, financial statement gathering and analysis, and day-to-day portfolio management, assisting with credit memo preparation, and assisting a senior lender with soliciting new business.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Private Banking or lending. Knowledge of mortgage lending and the TRID process is preferred.
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and exhibit excellent customer service and writing abilities. Must be team-oriented but also self motivated to be successful.
