Position Description:

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of residential properties, handling a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks and managing, coordinating construction and remodeling projects. Additionally this position will be required to:
Maintain accurate records of completed projects and keep appropriate receipts
Generate reports as requested by management
Secure multiple bids for all external vendor work, and track progress of ongoing projects.
Regularly communicate about property performance and any other pertinent issues; provide updates regarding scheduled work and repairs
Prepare and develop budgets for needed capital improvements and property repairs and maintenance. Routinely inspect the properties.
Schedule, coordinate and manage minor repair and project work.
Work with management team to support larger scale projects.

Position Requirements:

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Science and/or Business degree or commensurate experience in property management.
Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, and consistently make effective and high quality decisions.
Superior interpersonal skills including internal customer relationship development and teamwork mindset.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent self-discipline
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
Ability to develop problem solutions and recommend cost savings initiatives.
Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints to achieve objectives and financial targets
Flexibility to work varying hours depending on position needs

Computer skills required:
1. Microsoft Office Suite
2. Basic accounting skills utilizing MS Excel to track project costs vs. budget.
