Position Description:





The successful candidate will be responsible for the East Region banking centers, which includes Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby and Stillwater. Under general supervision of senior management, the incumbent in this role plays a strategic part in the success of the banking centers he/she is assigned. By managing people and processes, incumbent is required to meet or exceed established performance goals, minimize client/customer attrition, and minimize risk exposure through sound banking practices.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Revenue Production
Responsible for meeting the established sales objectives and portfolio growth for assigned region.

Profitability
Manage income and controllable expenses within budget, establish sound financial management practices within assigned region.

Personnel Management
Recruit, staff, coach, and administer personnel processes to establish appropriate banking center coverage to meet business objectives. Lead by example to create a positive, engaging and coaching environment to maximize employee productivity and engagement.

Customer Service and Retention
Encourage strong business relationships to meet the established service standards. Implement retention strategies to minimize customer attrition.

Risk Management and Strategic Input
Mitigate risks by managing to established risk practices adopted by management, manage staff and processes to ensure banking practices meet or exceed company and compliance standards. Contribute ideas to company-wide initiatives, policy & procedure and new product designs.















Position Requirements:





Candidates must possess a strong understanding of retail banking from an operational and compliance perspective. A Bachelor’s degree in a business related field is preferred. Strong PC skills, including MS Excel and Word, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills are vital to success in this role.

Candidates must be able to travel across assigned region on a daily basis.
