BASIC PURPOSE: The Salesforce Systems Analyst roll is to research, understand and help provide solutions with regards to Love’s Salesforce assortment of products (Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud). This will include interacting with business unit stakeholders, product owners, developers, administrators and vendors to ensure that core goals and objectives are being met.   This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help innovate and move Love’s forward while leveraging its investment in Salesforce technologies.



  • Provide Project Management skills to lead the build out of key initiatives utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud technology platform.
  • Lead project teams utilizing Agile Methodologies to accelerate delivery of initiatives in a consistent repeatable approach while cultivating a collaborative atmosphere
  • Work with the internal Salesforce project team to help facilitate delivery of key project deliverables
  • Act as a  Scrum Master where needed to support Salesforce Agile Development projects
  • Help define User Stories, facilitate planning and grooming sessions and remove blockers where necessary to help make the team successful
  • Understand the concepts in performing mass data imports/exports using standard API’s or other common Salesforce tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new feature functional designs, functional requirements, limitations, and implementations of new initiatives
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new application functionality and work toward mitigating all issues
  • Display basic understanding of common Salesforce concepts: Visual Force, Process Builder, Workflows and triggers
  • Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or enhancements to enable and support multiple business units
  • Lead conversations regarding best practices for security model, mobile deployment strategies, workflow, data validation and analytics
  • Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Concepts and producing all necessary details supporting the effort
  • Responsible to complete necessary items related to system design, configuration, customizations, integration and support
  • Follow standard project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, on budget and with high quality
  • Interface with key stakeholders and business leaders to provide timely updates with regards to progress
  • Be able to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts ultimately earning their trust and confidence




  • Education:
    • Bachelor/Master degree in MIS, Business, Technology or related field
    • Salesforce Certifications are a plus but not a requirement
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years in a Salesforce Technical/Analyst/Project Manager Role
    • Agile methodology experience including Scrum preferred
    • Familiarity with Agile Accelerator or similar tools (JIRA, etc)
    • Strong Analytical and Data Analysis Skills







  • Skills:
    • Quick Learner with an ability to ramp up in technologies and modules to meet business needs
    • Basic knowledge of databases, systems integration, database design, SQL, and data reporting structures
    • Ability to manage numerous competing demands in a high stress environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
