BASIC PURPOSE: Responsibility for the optimization of SAP and associated systems and processes throughout their lifecycles from Analysis thru Design, Implementation, Execution and Innovation. 

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive implementation and improvement projects for business areas supported
  • Understand integration points between FICO, WM, SD, and CRM
  • Quickly understand business needs and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better solutions
  • Responsibility for the configuration and ownership of the Love’s implementation for CRM
  • Elicit, communicate and manage internal and external customer requirements
  • Work with business leads to prioritize work list
  • Clearly communicate project and break-fix status to business leads, manager, and executives on occasion
  • Analyze and document as-is process and system interfaces
  • Discover process gaps
  • Derive improvement potential for business areas supported
  • Provide input to establishing process performance measurement system to be able to constantly control and report end-to-end process performance
  • Provide training to end users on usage of system
  • Contribute to and maintain best practice process management approach for Business and IT
  • Provide expertise in change management, process management and project management
  • Contribute to the development of process standards and evaluation of tools as needed
  • Perform feasibility studies/solution reviews
  • Understand and ensure that quality standards are met
  • Other duties assigned as needed

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years directly related experience designing and implementing SAP Customer Relationship Management
    • Knowledge of Plant Maintenance a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

 

 

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, Business Intelligence, data warehousing, application and design integration, SOA, Microsoft.Net, ABAP, web services and workflow/process automation
    • Strong Problem assessment/analytical skills
    • Capable of thinking of the big picture and sorting through an ambiguous environment
    • Ability to work within resource and time constraints
    • Ability to manage 200+ emails per day
    • Ability to manage numerous competing demands in an extremely high stress environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of Winshuttle or LSMW
  • Typical Physical Demands:
    • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
