Responsible for direct support of end-user systems and applications used by the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Acts as first level support for end-user issues, including: computers, printers, scanners and various production software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Cerner EMR, Citrix and other Windows applications. The core of the position is troubleshooting computer hardware and software as a customer service representative.
Experience: Entry level position. Healthcare related IT help desk experience a plus.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
