Position Description:





Manage Banking and Trust relationships with wealthy families, individuals and foundations, primarily in the areas of banking and investment services, including both temporary and intermediate term liquidity management. Where existing or proposed Trust Administrative Services are also required, serving as or coordinating with Wealth Management to provide trust administration, reporting, and meetings with trustors, beneficiaries, co-trustees, portfolio managers, attorneys, accountants and other related parties.

Perform a major role in the development of a clientele of wealthy families, individuals and foundations with the assistance of MidFirst Bank Senior Management, Directors and Centers of Influence (i.e. legal and accounting firms)
Act in a supporting role to the Bank’s Senior Management in introducing affluent clients and prospects to those areas of the Bank that can provide required specialized services to these clients.
Advise the client on alternative investment possibilities, both inside and outside of the Bank.
Serve as the relationship manager for major clients.
Serve as the liaison with other Bank Lending, Deposit and Wealth Management units.
To be very familiar with the Bank’s Cash Management, Investment products and Trust services for both individuals and corporate clients.
Work in concert with Commercial officers in marketing and servicing Private Banking and Trust Services to owners and senior managers of existing and prospective Commercial clients.















Position Requirements:





An advanced degree, preferably an MBA, is preferred, together with professional standing as a Certified Financial Planner or Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
Seven to ten years of Private Banking, Trust or Investment experience with a large bank, or Investment Securities firm.
