Position Description:

Provide support, administration and maintenance to software applications used throughout the enterprise. Work with other Corporate Technology departments to design and recommend solutions and improvements for enterprise applications. Resolve problems between various enterprise applications, personal computer and server hardware and network infrastructure.

? Design complete system solutions for new enterprise applications and improvements for existing enterprise applications.
? Provide support for enterprise application users on a daily basis, including serving an on call rotation for after-hours support.
? Oversee administration of user access to enterprise applications.
? Consult regularly with business unit administrators for ideas related to features that would further enhance the software.
? Plan and oversee the implementation of new software releases including:
o Advising appropriate personnel of procedural changes in a new release.
o Creating documentation on changes in the new release.
o Distributing documentation to appropriate personnel.
? Coordinate and complete software updates for enterprise applications. Ensure current version of the software is maintained in all locations.
? Report to management implementation plans and ongoing enterprise software utilization.
? Serve as contact liaison with application vendor.
? Provide assistance to business unit administrators in resolving unusual problems related to enterprise applications.
? Train business unit administrators on limited system maintenance and other support duties as determined.
? Maintain enterprise application software and support manuals as well as developing additional documentation that may be needed due to internal procedures.
? Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans for enterprise applications.
? Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.
? Consult with appropriate business units to coordinate Train the Trainer and/or user training. Where appropriate, this includes organizing, preparing, and conducting the training and educational activities.
? Attend appropriate seminars and conventions to remain knowledgeable in the features and usage of supported software applications.

Position Requirements:

3 to 5 years experience in the Citrix Application Environment.
Understanding of Project Management processes.
Ability to work and effectively communicate with employees and management throughout the bank.
Ability to relate issues and problems to the individuals designated as the business unit administrator and/or additional support staff.
