We are currently looking to add a full time administrative assistant to our Tax Credit Team. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong data entry, good typing skills and pay close attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.


  • Assume responsibility for processing customers Tax Credit submissions and keeping employee status up-do-date on the Tax Credit Dashboard
  • Receive and review WOTC submissions (questionnaires, 8850’s, and any supporting documents that are included)
  • Update employee status on the Tax Credit Dashboard and contacts customer for any missing information
  • Prepare form 9061, Scans 9061, 8850 and questionnaire. Creates online employee folder in the online customer folder and saves scanned 9061, 8850 and questionnaire to it
  • Mail Tax Credit submissions to SWA. Records outgoing mail on Outgoing Mail Log
  • File submissions with the various states who use an E-File electronic submission process
  • Assist fellow Tax Credit colleagues when needed
  • Willingly works additional hours required to complete projects on time



Minimum HS Diploma required

Experience Required:

Managing multiple tasks, while maintaining an organized and timely completion of projects. Experience with State and Federal Tax credits, primarily WOTC a big plus.


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
  • Must be detail oriented and have a record of low error levels
  • Demonstrate proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work various department functions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
  • Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
