Treasury Management Representative

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.


Responsible for the sale and servicing of Treasury Management Products for the market


Gain adequate product knowledge for all treasury management, merchant services, and credit card products


Cultivate and service the treasury management portfolio for the market


Work with new prospects and current business customers


Promote and foster productive calling efforts to cross-sell to existing and prospective clientele


Develop referral incentive plans for the employee base


Educate staff on strong prospects for all products, including development of sales strategies


Conduct weekly meetings with relationship officers


Provide customer support for all products and services


Assist the regional merchant service sales officer on merchant service calls and maintenance


Maintaining treasury management workbooks and service forms to ensure compliance with bank procedure


Work with the CSO and President in budget yearly treasury management, merchant service, and credit card income


Responsible for assisting the Local Sales Coordinator for the market


Attend bank wide and regional Retail Representative meetings as called


Conduct weekly meetings with the Customer Service Representatives to discuss prospects and sales for the week


Conduct training as necessary on products, selling techniques, sales tracking, and statewide retail campaigns


Work with the CSO and President on setting retail sales goals


Coordinate all statewide retail campaigns at the branch level, including training, ordering and distributing campaign materials, advertising and lobby displays, and communication of results


Coordinate all local sales efforts including development of a retail sales program, development of an all staff incentive program, calculation and payment of incentives, communication of monthly sales goals to actual and other sales data, product displays, regular sales meetings with branch managers, and monitoring telemarketing and follow-up sales success of approved Mortgage Company loan application sent to the bank


Responsible for the planning and execution of all promotional and customer events, including but not limited to, Customer Appreciation Day, CPA Day, Holiday Open House, and Credit Card Blitzes





Able to perform external sales calls to new and existing clientele


Able to acquire an understanding of BancFirst Treasury products and services


Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor


Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing


Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks


Critical thinking skills
