Position Description: 
We are looking for energetic individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy helping others in a team-oriented call center environment. We are currently hiring for multiple call center teams, responsible for inbound and outbound calls to assist customers. This can include updating customer information, answering questions or making payment arrangements and collections.

Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English will earn an additional $1.00 per hour 
Variety of shifts available from 8am – 9pm, Monday through Friday (some departments require 1 Saturday morning/month)

Some positions offer generous incentive plans as well, with top performers earning up to an additional $750 to $1,000 per month! These associates will receive a minimum $250 incentive bonus paid monthly for the first 4 months of employment as well.

 

Position Requirements: 
Successful candidates will possess strong, assertive communication skills and enjoy helping others by phone. Those who are competitive, detail-oriented, adapt well to change, are able to multi-task, and have experience using a personal computer are more likely to be successful. A positive attitude and good attendance record are ideal. 

Preference will be given to candidates with call center or collections experience and those fluent in both English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply. A Bachelor’s degree or some college experience is preferred, but not required.
