ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.


Interacting with customers by phone as a Customer Service representative


Efficiently process telephone requests, including but not limited to, stop payments, balance inquiries, account transfers, check orders and account reconciliation


Provide accurate account maintenance


Provide extraordinary customer service


Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager

Enjoy interacting with customers by phone


Ability to communicate clearly


Proficient computer skills including data entry 


Willing to handle customer questions and concerns with efficiency and diplomacy


Work well under stress and deadlines


Ability to manage multiple tasks


Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy


Possess critical thinking skills


Flexibility in work schedule – Call center hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday from noon to 10 p.m. and some holidays.


Understanding of BancFirst products and services, as well as, federal guidelines relating to banking


Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
