Huntington Ingalls Industries Mission\-Driven Innovative Systems \(HII\-MDIS\) provides mission\-critical engineering and technical service to Information Technology, Federal Civilian, and National Security, Aerospace & Defense and International government and commercial customers at over 100 locations worldwide\.



HII\-MDIS is currently seeking a Lead Instructor to work out of our Norfolk, VA or Charleston, SC office on the Program Executive Office \(PEO\) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence \(C4I\) International Integration Program Office \(PMW 740\) supporting training services for the portfolio of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia \(KSA\) Foreign Military Sales \(FMS\) C4I Surveillance and Reconnaissance \(C4ISR\) cases\.



Duties and Responsibilities: Provide management of and leadership to the instructor cadre on contract to provide course training to the Royal Saudi Navy\. Duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:



+ Assure that conduct of courses and training commitments are executed in accordance with the contract terms and conditions and according to appropriate regulations and Company policies and procedures\.

+ Develop and implement plans and schedules to execute the required training courses as specified in the contract Statement of Work\.

+ Allocate training resources effectively to cover all required courses with the appropriately trained and experienced instructor\(s\)

+ Ensure that courses are delivered within budget and on schedule\.

+ Provide leadership to instructor cadre, both those resident in country and those working as consultants on TDY

+ Provide first\-level resolution to basic life support issues for those living in and traveling to the KSA\.

+ Maintain close communication with the RSNF contacts during the training life\-cycle and beyond\.

+ Interface with the RSNF C4I community to ensure customer satisfaction of both the training schedule, the course content and the desired results\.

+ Monitor and manage ongoing training activity while resolving customer issues that may arise in direct support of the training venue, the course instructors or the course content\.

+ Identify opportunities for additional work scope and follow\-on prospects\.



**Qualifications and Experience:**



**Required\-**



+ Minimum five years of experience with USN Communications equipment maintenance; three or more years of this experience must be in maintaining C41 systems\.

+ Minimum five years of experience in military or industrial training positions that require the application of technical knowledge in the C4I field

+ Demonstrated experience with USN training requirements and processes \(e\.g\. NAVEDTRA 130 series\)

+ Demonstrated experience with training, classroom instruction, curriculum development, training evaluation, and assessment of classroom equipment requirements\.

+ Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office applications and databases

+ Bachelor's degree in Education, Technical, or a related field from an accredited college or university OR Certification as a Navy Instructor \(Navy Enlisted Classification \(NEC\) 9502\)

+ US SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance



**Preferred\-**



+ Certification as a Navy Instructor \(NEC 9502\) or Navy Curriculum Developer \(NE 9506\)\.

+ Certification as a Master Training Specialist\.

+ Demonstrated Experience with USN training requirements and processes \(e\.g\. Training Planning Process Methodology \(TRPPM\), Navy Training Systems Plan \(NTSP\), and Job Duty Task Analysis \(JDTA\) processes

+ Demonstrated experience interacting with US and foreign senior military/government officials\.

+ Demonstrated experience conducting training OCONUS\.

+ Demonstrated experience conducting training to foreign nationals\.

+ Masters Degree from an accredited university or college\.
