We have an Office Manager position open in Oklahoma City, OK.   Our client is in need of a light charge bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience to manage office.  This role will be tasked with processing accounts payable and receivable to send to CPA.  Additionally, there will be various administrative duties and projects.  Ideal candidates will be mature and able to work independently. Client offers benefits and a flexible schedule. Pay will range from $15-$17 per hour based on experience.


Qualifications of the Office Manager:

  • Must have strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Experience processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Previous experience handling multiple entities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
