Director - The Director of People and Culture is responsible for developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems directly related to the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function. Responsible for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to team members throughout the organization.

Job summary - Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures for periodic handbook maintenance, Annually reviews and makes recommendations to Executive Management for improvement of company policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters and Assists Executive Management in the annual review, preparation, and administration of Kimray’s employer value proposition to include benefits, compensation and ancillary benefits

 

Qualifications: 10 years' progressive leadership/management with the field of HR, PHR or SPHR preferred and Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

 

HR Associate Generalist - The Associate Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level.  This position carries out responsibilities in benefits administration, wellness program administration, HRIS administration and onboarding.

 

  • Job Summary - Oversees day to day operations of group benefit plans
  • Assists with administration of HRIS system
  • Supports HR Manager with planning and designing of benefits and wellness programs
  • Distributes materials for benefits orientation, open enrollment and wellness programs
  • Administers FMLA, Short Term Disability and Long-Term Disability plans; coordinates with Payroll regarding pay and benefits premiums
  • Prepares ACA and 5500 filings

 

  • Qualifications - 1-3 years’ experience Human Resource experience preferred
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality of employee records
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must have proficient computer and technological skills
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form
  • Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups
