Manages, develops and grows a portfolio of business owners, executives and professionals including physicians, dentists, attorneys, accountants and architects, providing solutions to all their financial needs, while providing maximum profitability to the bank. This requires a thorough knowledge and familiarity of the various accounts and products provided by the bank.  This position promotes the bank’s products and services by proactively contacting current and prospective professionals and executives.

  • Represents the bank in a positive, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Ensures the financial needs of current clients are met by identifying and fulfilling these needs directly and/or by referring to the appropriate representative.
  • Proactively solicits new business relationships through aggressive calling efforts on prospects developed through referrals from existing customers, cultivation of key referral sources and prospect lists.
  • Actively participates in the bank’s business development and marketing efforts and public relations events to expand current client base.



  • Five years of progressively responsible work experience in dealing with professionals and executives, professional practices and commercial enterprises. 
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred or equivalent combination of experience required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field (Finance, Accounting, or Economics) required.


  • Must be personable and possess excellent communication skills. This includes the ability to listen attentively and intuitively, with high comprehension and effectively convey a response that promotes a positive impression.
  • Strong business development and people skills to market the bank in all situations, whether during or after business hours. This includes not being afraid to ask probing questions to establish the true client needs.
  • Must be driven, accountable, hardworking goals oriented and a self-starter. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills along with the ability to work independently, with little supervision.
  • Ability to interpret financial information and data, evaluate character and capacity of the client, and determine the value of collateral offered.
  • Ability to make sound decisions of all types, with little hesitation, after thorough consideration of relevant information.




  • Must be able to work within a routine office environment.
